We take a thorough history of your symptoms, digestion, liver and kidney function, medical and drug history, your lifestyle and your stress load.
We analyse your food diary assessing protein, carbohydrate, fat, fibre, toxic load, micronutrient intake, blood sugar control and foods you may crave. We develop a nutrition plan suited to your body’s needs and your lifestyle.
Preparation and Requirements
A 5 day food diary noting what food, drinks, snacks and supplements you take and at what TIME (to the nearest hour) will greatly assist us and save time.
